Structural quality requirements for cosmetic packaging lipstick tubes

Lipstick is an umbrella term for all lip makeup. Lipsticks include lipsticks, lip sticks, lip glosses, lip glazes, etc., which can make lips rosy and shiny, moisturizing, protecting lips, increasing facial beauty and correcting lip contours. Because of the complex structure and function of the tube packaging material, the quality is difficult to control. Therefore, the structural quality requirements of cosmetic packaging lipstick tubes are as follows:

1. Basic structure requirements of lipstick tube
1. Material: It must be processed with the material determined by the contract between the two parties, and shall not be produced and assembled with inappropriate raw materials and materials.
2. Dimensions: The deviation of the height of the tube is ≤0.1mm; it matches the outer cover under appropriate torque, the outer cover is fastened smoothly, and the gap between Empty Skincare Containers the outer cover and the tube is ≤0.1mm. 5. Fitting of pipe and cover: Compared with the sealing sample, the tolerance of pipe and cover is allowed to be 0.5mm. The diameter of the nozzle and the production mold must be matched properly.
3. Hand feel requirements of the lipstick tube The surface of the lipstick tube is smooth to the touch, and it is easy and elastic when rotating the lipstick tube, without obvious block and step feeling.
